		<description>The nomads basically get to use the land and live on it. Most of them are only nomadic part of the year and stay in noe place the rest of the year when it's dry. The scene in Syriana where the bedouin is moving his sheep across the highway, that sort of things happen all the time. Nomads have the right of way.</description>
